What we collect
When you request a quote or booking we collect your name, contact details, property postcode and basic property details. We only collect what we need to price and deliver your EPC.
How we use it
Your details are used to provide your quote, arrange the assessment visit, and lodge your certificate on the official Gov.uk EPC register as required by law. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to support your certificate (valid for 10 years) and to meet our accreditation and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (where the law allows). Contact us at info@tailoredepc.co.uk and we'll respond promptly.
