Why we started Tailored EPC
After years working across the property industry, our founder Charlie kept seeing the same problem: landlords and estate agents held up by EPCs that took days to arrive, unclear pricing, and no one to call when something went wrong.
Tailored EPC Solutions was built to do the opposite — a local, accredited assessor you can reach directly, fixed prices with no surprises, and 95% of certificates on the register the same day we visit.
Based in Belbroughton, we work across Worcestershire and the West Midlands, and we treat every job — a single flat or a whole portfolio — with the same care.
We complete 95% of our EPCs on the same day we visit.
Speed is what the whole business is built on. In the vast majority of cases your certificate is uploaded to the Gov.uk EPC register and emailed to you on the day of the assessment. The rare exceptions are circumstances outside our control — for example, access issues on the day or a Gov.uk register outage.
